I could not resist trying my hand at this. Just wanted to get my stable name set up.

At Silver Heart, there will be several studs available to your mares. Some will be open season, while others will be limited to a certain number of mares. Those with only a few bookings will require more strict approval for breeding rights.

Currently this stable deals only with Unicorns and other exotics

There will be a few mares herein as well. Some may become open to leasing for a single breeding as well, and it will be noted in bold letters beside the mare's name.

Leasing Agreements

Mares that are leased out for breeding to other stables will be only leased for a single breeding. (1) Offspring. Upon the offspring being born and kept at the stable, the lease becomes void and the mare returns to Silver Heart's custody. Only one mare will be leased per stable per year. All rights of the offspring will remain with the other stable.

Breeding Agreements

No stallions shall be used for stud without explicit approval prior to breeding.

On each stud page there will be a listing of what approved breeds the equine is available to cross with. If your mare does not meet the requirements, there will be no breeding.

(Ex. "Stud 1 only breeds with Unicorns and Unicorn crosses" Therefore, if your mare is full blooded Thoroughbred, Stud 1 will not be open for breeding with her.)

All offspring from different studs will have their links posted on the stud's personal page to track bloodlines.

All offspring from leased mares will remain in the leasers possession. I only reclaim rights to the mare (and therefore do not have an opinion on who the mare is bred to).
